I've been with Charter for 8 years. I've had intermittent connectivity for years but usually on ly for a few minutes here and there.

Last week it seems to have taken a turn for the worse. Several times a day it will drop out for 10 to 20 minutes and at least once a day it will drop for 2-3 hours ...

I guess this thread is about burned out and I missed it all.
