Sorry to hear that John. I have ALWAYS got my rebates. I may have to be persistent sometimes...but I get them.

The last time I bought PNY disks at Best Buy, I got two separate rebates for them, a $10 and a $5 and they arrived within 4 weeks.

Lots of us have this same problem. it's NOT normal...it's a bug. Hopefully NetworkIce will come out with a fix after Y2K.
