what kind of insulation? any links? thanks for the reply
btw i ordered this from dangerden.com, for my fan setup
i have 1 120mm fan in the left side of the case(when you look at it from front), 1 90mm fan underneath it, and 1 fan for the front of the case, and 1 in the back of the case, should i subtract fans from my case? it's pretty loud again, my computer is going to run 24/7 for a year

if ur gonna take a fan away take teh 90mm out.
oh and for teh black ice pro, i'd recomend a 125 CFM YStech fan, i'm sadistic tho and for me i'd put 1 blowing on the black ice rad adn one on the other side blowing away(so that both fans are blowing in the same direction)
sorry i'm only a lightweight in watercooling m0a2t4t would know more

i would get the black ice extreme istead of the pro and u should think about putting on a block for the northbridge.
ur not gonna need to have as many case fans now, i woulda put one of the fans in the top of the case. I would also use the 130cfm ys-techs like yard said, u might be able to get away with one but 2 would be better. u could build/buy a rheobus to lower the fan speeds and noise.
i have a pair of those ys-techs on my radiator and use a custom built rheobus to keep the noise down and my temps only go up about 1c and u can hardly hear the fans. my fans are on the outside so it makes them louder anyways
looks good though
BTW-remember to use distilled water and try to keep ur hose length down to minimum so u can keep the flow up. the hoses should go from pump to radiator to cpu to north and back to pump.

Will Work For FSB
kool, thanks for the reply:
1) i just ordered a chipset block from danderden.com
the 32.50 one from http://www.dangerden.com/mall/chipset.asp
do you think i will have any problems screwing that in place of the current fan that's ontop of my northbridge (kt133a)? motherboard is abit kt7a btw
2) also for the isulator material:
do i even need insulator material? i allready ordered 2 of the 3/8 closed cell foam 6X6 inch (computer is suppose to be running 24/7 just want to make sure)
that website that YARDofSTUF gave me:
http://www.procooling.com/articles/html/chems_of_oc_n_and_super_coolin.shtml
for that conformal silicone stuff , do i put that underneath the closed cell foam and stick it around the cpu?
or does the closed cell foam stick/stay by itself?

unlesss ur planning on puttin a peltier in there u dont need the foam or to seal the cpu.
the only way to have condensation occur is if the cpu/waterblock tempature goes below ambient temp. i have been running mine for like a year(24/7) and havent had any problems.
as for the northbridge, u need to get a can of compressed air and flip it upside down and spray the heatsink really good(it takes alot), while ur doing that move the heatsink around whith ur hand.when its really cold and u have been doing it for like a minute, spray some more on it get a screwdriver and pry up on the heatsink. u can use the edge of the dimm slot to get some leverage, it should just pop off.MAKE SURE U DONT DAMAGE THE MOBO. then just use a razor blade some isopropyl alcohol and some q-tips.its not that hard to remove it.
i have the same mobo so i've done it before
if ya wanna get crazy we could throw a volt mod on there too

thanks, when the goodie's come, i'll set it up and post some feedback, yeah i just took a look at the voltage mod tutorial found here http://www.extremeoverclocking.com/articles/howto/Extreme_Voltage_Mod_1.html , i'll try it soon

Ya, gotta have the fill line thing, and if you're not gonna touch it for a year, i suggest you get a real reservoir instead, cuz theres bound to be some evaporation somewhere, even through the tinyest cracks.
Abit KR7A-Raid
Palomino 1.4Ghz @ 1.57Ghz @ default voltage /w DTek Spir@l block 512MB Crucial DDR @ 300Mhz CAS222 ATi OEM Radeon8500 @ 295/275 vmem=3.5v, would of gotten GF3 if they had better filters..... 3Com 905 TX SoundBlaster Live OEM 120gig Western Digital Special Edition (8MB Cache) 20gig Fujitsu 5400rpm (gonna get another WD1200JB for Raid0 soon) LiteOn 24x burner Enermax 350watt PSU (voltage modded) Dell P1110 21" Sony FD Trinitron tube @ 1792x1344 85Hz

ya if ya need any help with the volt mod tell me, i dun it too. its really easy and the mobo needs to be out when u do it.
ur pump is for a closed system and u dont need a resivor. the fill line acts as a small resivor but its main purpose is a fill/bleed port. u need to make it the highest point in the system so any air bubbles will go in the tube.
so ur puter is gonna sit on by itself for a whole year with no supervision?

what reservoir do you recommend? i was thinking of that dangerden reservoir
