Voodoo3 1000, it was an OEM version of the voodoo3, never seen it except in compaqs.. it's a decent lil card, some had 8MB memory, some had 16MB.

here we go:

Compaq Voodoo3 1000 AGP

Info about the Compaq Voodoo3 1000 AGP:

Compaq has an OEM version of the Voodoo3, which has an 125Mhz core & memory speed. It is an AGP board and has either 8MB or 16MB ram and is not supported by 3dfx. Support and drivers for this board are provided by Compaq. The normal Voodoo3 2000/3000 drivers should work fine though.
This card was sometimes called Velocity and was clocked at 143MHz.
