Is it possible to increase the upload speed I do a lot of upload the speed is maximum 20KB I'm on Comcast

128Kbps = 16KBps, overhead, 15KBps.

I guess I'm at the correct speed then
Right now it's 13.01KBps however over my friend’s house I was uploading to the same server 65KBps and up I'm sure though he is not using Comcast he use cablevision I guess
