Whenever Im switching between windows, IE seems to lag behind and do this:

Yes I get that as well... It happens in alot of different situations... programs , IE ect..ect... I updated my video drivers and still have the same issue.

Not normal. Are you on dial up? Cus I hear XP does that a lot with dial up.

Nope. Not normal. Use TweakXP and optimize memory. Maybe that will help? Anyway, mine doesn't do that either.

well, it's not normal, and it's kinda IS normal...at least for me, lol.

I noticed IE and other program windows do that when I have like 30 programs open at once....part of the contents of another window is stuck in IE or something....a simple refresh, usually clears it up.

That sounds like something is sucking up either memory or processor time. I would suggest cleaning up both your startup and services.exe, I bet that would fix your problem.

Exactly, OTD. I would get this when I had ME, when my resources would get waaaay down to like 50%-60%. Time for some cleaning up there HalfLifer
