What OS, how did you determine it is not saving, which setting isn't saving ?

The newest version of the TCP Optimizer does not display some of the settings that are not read at program start, or that are network adapter-specific when you start the program. That does not necessarily mean they weren't applied.

I can see the screenshots.. Just that I can't be sure what the "current" settings were before you applied/rebooted to compare and see what didn't save.

Generally, when the program starts it reads settings (under Windows 10 it uses many PowerShell cmdlets for that). If it takes too long it may not read all, sometimes they are painfully slow. If the correct network adapter is not selected in the pull-down menu some of the settings will be empty, some of them are not read at all, or not displayed because they are network adapter-specific. Because of all that what gets shown in the "current" tab differs between machines.

From what I saw in your screenshot seems tghe MTU is read (should probably increase that from 1460 to 1500), but the TCP Window Auto-Tuning and Congestion Control Provider are not read for some reason. It could be that the startup PowerShell reading is timing out, or that there is some other UAC/Firewall protection in place blocking the program.
