Advise on Bidding for contracts.

Hi Guys

Just joined Speed Guide after reading some of the post. My question to you vetrans of the trade is how do I go about buiding on installation jobs? I have decided to branch out on my own in installations, and break/fix services. I would start with smaller projects and work my way up once I am able to add my son on and one other. I have spent so many years as a tech handling various jobs that I may have stunted my growth.

Any words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.

Installation jobs? If you could be a little more specific I believe our members could guide you better.
