Question: Wireless Access Point to Connect Xbox's

Post by x3knet »

Hello everyone,

I have recently purchased a Linksys WRT54G and set up the wireless network successfully with 3 laptops using it. The thing is, I live in an apartment with my 2 other roommates and we all have Xbox 360s without the wireless adapter. If I were to purchase a Wireless Access Point, could the Xbox's plug into it and receive a signal from the wireless router and modem?

If I'm completely off, let me know, hah. The router is in the living room which is far enough from each bedroom and really do not want to run 50 feet of wire through the apartment. We already got cable wires goin to each room for TV.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

Well the thing is that we all don't wanna throw $100 down each for an adapter. We're trying to do this as cheap as possible because we just moved in. We got a lot of security deposits and stuff to pay lol
