What about its overall performance? I found fedora to be a little slower than other distros I've used.

I hear it's easier to setup network printers in this version? I love FC, but have had terrible times with network printers using it. Currently I don't have it on my computers at home, but might consider it if the network printer option actually does what it is supposed to do now.

I don't have a "real" network printer, per se. I have a Canon Photo Printer (S520) hooked to my Wife Windows98SE computer via USB, and I have it as a "share".

I just chose the S500 driver in the Fedora Printer setup using the "samba" choice. I put in the URI (path) and she prints! :)

Important thing to remember.. that each model of printer has like 2 to 3 "drivers" to it, that you can select.. so you might have to wing around with it.
