Judging by the engine sounds (revs) before and in the turn, he did not know a lot about driving a fast car... or driving a car fast, for that matter. He should've played more Need for Speed, Gran Tourismo or any other racing game, then he would've known better.

actually, Ferrari has a criteria you must meet first before they will sell you one (which says nothing about private sellers and dealers).

the only 2 parts i can remember are a) you must have already owned at least 1 ferrari in the past (could be 3, but im too lazy to look it up), and b) you must promise to not sell it before a set amount of time has elapsed.

but anyways yeah, looks like he punched it going into the turn. whoever the owner was just learned a few valuable lessons.

Lottery - Giving someone a lot of money does not make them good with money.

Cars - Putting someone in a high performance car does not make them a good driver.

Read the caption of the video...

It was a rehearsal for a charity racing event. I'm sure that'll be a great fundraiser...

1.5 million for the car. I'd happily fix it for $500,000.

So why do so many Enzo end up in pieces more than any other exotics? Is it just a matter that more Enzo crashes being in the news more?

More than lambos/koenigseggs/zondas? I think theres more Enzos made, minus the lambo gallardos that arent really as powerful.

Plus the Enzo is more of a collector than the others.

Some dude just crashed a Veyron.

I would have had a melt down if I was the owner. Please Eddie tell me he's going to make it up to him. I don't think I would let anyone who I didn't totally trust drive my Enzo, period.

Get Off the Brakes & On the Loud Pedal & power through. At least that way you have a chance rather than slide into a wall while locked up.

Sad waste of a beautiful car. :(

Exactly! I was waiting to see who was going to say that first.

He was in the panic mode and a car won't steer for ***** when the brakes are locked up.
