recovering data from a novel HD

what's the best software to repair or extract data from a HD fromat in Novel the HD have some bad sector and i need to recover some data from it

You talking about Novell? The server OS?

yes i can install it on aother NEW HD the HD the old hd have some bad sector quick book was setup to backup on a partition on the HD so i just want to recover the backup data from off it

my suggestion would be spinrite 6.0, assuming the drive is semi-functional. http://www.grc.com
