first of all hi im xenom and im new to this forums
so excuse me if i sound newbie its just that i am a newbie ;)
anyway i had two questions first of all what does it mean when i do "tracert" to whatever site or server and get responces to only like 2 hops all the other are timed out.
and my second question was from what i understand after reading here and there in the forum theres nothing i can realy do to fix high pings can i.

any help appriciated :D
