My modem I am currently workign on is ringing busy instead of dialing out. I have switched modem same issue, removed all the aol stuff still same issue. I have removed driver tried system restore any other suggetions

No the answer was better- Plugged into busy phone line. The other tech was not here to say what phone line lol
