Bandwidth question...

Post by Freddy »

Is there a way that one could reserve certain amounts of bandwidth for certain programs (That is, if the program doesn't already have an bandwith usage option)? For instance, I run a hub (for Direct Connect) and would like to set it to use half (at max) of my upload speed for it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to reserve certain amounts of bandwidth to a certain port? Previously, I referred to my Direct Hub witch is port 411, i believe; so, is there a way to do it for listening port 411?
