Roadrunner support numbers

What a living hell it is trying to get help from RR tier 3 support (leave a number and well get back to you in 1-2 days). It's been a week already. Does anyone have some alternative numbers where I can actually talk to a person?

I have an IP for each computer. The cable coming out of the modem is fine, because when I plug that directly into the computer itworks fine. It's not the other cables either because it would take one hell of a coincidence for 3 to be bad. This just strated happening out of the blue to all 3 machines ...

Linksys switch

I bought a Linksys switch 3 years ago (5 port 10/100, model EZXS55W) and have 3 computers connected to it. Last month all the computers slowed down to about the speed of a 56K modem. I assumed it was RoadRunners problem until I plugged one of the computers directly into the cable - worked fine. I ...

Need tweaking help

I had my computer perfect, but had to restore. I now have a terrible speed. I installed the speedguide 98 patch and the web loading patch, then I installed the cable_fast file from cablenut's program. I also installed the VTCP Win98 patch. I'm on cable with Win98. The max I'm getting is around 1400 ...

Condit: Gays, Bisexuals and Murder

This article, after being up for a mere seven hours today was mysteriously deleted. Subsequent references to it on other sites have been deleted as well. Internet censorship at it's best. But could it be that it's the truth?

That won't do anything. I've been talking with some people in the area via Speedguide, and they've been getting exactly the same. After many calls and e-mails we've decided it's some sort of RoadRunner conspiracy :) .

I did reboot and even checked the Speedguide thing before running any tests.

The site I was running the test on (when changing the RWIN) was giving me results of 1038, 1092, 811, and 952 respectivly.

A 5000KB file downloaded at an averge of 1927 Kb/s. That would be with the RWIN at 513,920.

50KB file uploaded at 361 Kb/s upload.
I also took the advice of the help page and downloaded AOL 6.0 at only a 205KB/sec average. Anything else I can do to speed this up?

Did you hear Dreamworks wants to make a prequel? Crowe would get $20 million to come back and it would focus on his days in the army. Provided they could get back the same cast to play their characters, I would love to see it.
