Roadrunner support numbers

Post by sianews »

What a living hell it is trying to get help from RR tier 3 support (leave a number and well get back to you in 1-2 days). It's been a week already. Does anyone have some alternative numbers where I can actually talk to a person?

I called them too and never did get a return call. My service was out. The repair person I talked to told me that they couldn't make it out for 4 days. (Unacceptable) I called the next morning and asked to speak to level 3, left the message telling them what I was experiencing and asked them to send a reset signal to my modem. I never got the call back, but my service was restored within 4 hours.

I don't know what to tell ya. You and I both get crappy service from our cable company.
