The SMCD3GN-RES is a DOCSIS 3.0 wireless cable gateway. It has four 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet LAN ports and a single USB 2.0 port, used for connecting storage devices.

The integrated access point supports 802.11 draft-N standard. It features a WPS button to allow worry-free wireless security configuration.

This gateway supports VPN pass-through for IPSec, L2TP and PPTP. It has a built-in SPI firewall to protect the network against intruders and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

I purchased this broadband modem from rogers to support my 25 MBPS service.

The only @#$%%$ thing is that rogers doesn't give you the full configuration password to configure the settings of the device, only a basic config for wifi, etc.

Here are some of the user names that work with read/only and config passwords for the Gateway that may be helpful for you.

user: cusadmin
pass: password

pass: cxf1rst

user: rogcesadmin
pass: wra8uje

tengo este problema tengo mi rauter smcd3gn3 yo necesito entrar a la configuracion pero me pide un usario y una contraseƱa y no se cual es quien me podria ayudar
