hi guys. i need a favor to my utorrent in my window xp.
very slow & sloth. i'm using netgear wg311v3 wireless PCI adapter.
my download speed usually 53kbytes & upload 24kbytes.
i check firewall & utorrent have an exception. please let me know whats the problem.

i did all the windows update but still on vista sp1. because its take too long to download sp2. i update the driver as well. speedtest doesnt show any improvement. here is the new result
