Vista's autotuning has been disabled.

Set autotuning to normal, then reboot comp.

Using toonel may slow down your surfing speed, specially in evening !

Vista cannot be tweaked with TCP OPtimizer ! Your Vista's auto-tuning function has been disabled.

Go to start-run paste this " netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal " and hit enter. Reboot comp.

Do another TCP Analyzer. RWIN scaling should not be zero when auto-tuning is enabled.

Are you using Symantec ? I see Symantec entries in the log.

Torrent program consumes much bandwidth, disable it when testing speed.

It's known slow down comp ! Remove it then test your speed at http://speedtest.net and post.

I agree with above in the past I know a few people that had promblems with their products. Before removing it you could see if there is any updates that may fix the speed issues.
