some of the tips of tweaking are bottlenecks of my windows example is host resolution priority the tweak is 1,1,1,1 but when i scan my pc it says that it is bottlenecks of my windows and they recommended optimal setting 5,6,7,8?
what should i do????

TCP Window (RWIN) = Broadband Speed x Latency divided by 8

If you use too high a RWIN, your speed will slow down if your signal suffers packet damage or losses.

RWIN should also be an even multiple of MSS.

26280 = 384 x 547.5 / 8 and is an even multiple of 1460 (1460 x 18).

how do you get 547 ...

how do you compute the Rwin do you have a own formula? because in optimal settings the Rwin of 384 kbps is 24820 then plus 1460 = 26280 and that was the Rwin you gave me? ^^
