MTU problem when connecting to xbox live (please help)

to summarize:
I am connecting my pc (win xp) to my xbox360 and when i connect to the xbox live, it always fails the MTU check (it said that my MTU is not high enough aka. less than 1364)

Well, that doesn't seem right because i have downloaded TCP/IP Optimizer, spybot, adware, and spyblaster as suggested...
i have optimized the setting in tcp/ip optimizer and i still can't connect to xbox live

lastly, my internet connection is Indosat (in indonesia) advertised for 3,6Mbps (usually i only get around 200kbps). I use huawei 3g modem e220

If you use too high a RWIN, your speed will slow down if your signal suffers packet damage or losses.

RWIN should also be an even multiple of MSS.

26280 = 384 x 547.5 / 8 and is an even multiple of 1460 (1460 x 18).
how do you get 547.5?
