I've noticed a persistent slowdown with my cable provider, Charter. In my case, it is not only at night, but insted, all day long. I too don't know if I should complain to Charter.

New Bulletin Board

Hello,

I would like to ask that if anybody has any time, that they would go over to the bulletin board that I had set up, register, and if it's not too much trouble, post a message or two on the board. This will help me with the integration of the board on into my main site, allowing me to do the ...

Sourceforge.net CVS Setup

Hello,

I set up a project on Sourceforge.net. Now, I would like to use CVS to keep track of the changes, but since I'm new to CVS and Sourceforge, I don't know how to set it up. I am using Windows 2000 Professional.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So then does that mean that all of the packages that I've installed in the past will be removed. I really don't want to start all over on the system.

As for KDE 3.0, I'm not to sure as to how you would install that. I downloaded all of the packages, but for some reason it gives me a lot of ...

Well, I do believe that the hash is different. The hash will change when you tell the computer that you want to activate by phone, then cancel when it gives you the hash and try the activation process again. At least the hash changed for me. ;)

I've tried Windows 2000 and Windows XP, and I think that Windows 2000 is a far more simple and stable operating system. Windows XP gave me a ton of BSOD's.

This would not be a possible solution.

Everytime you tell Windows that you want to activate by phone, it creates a new hash that you read off. It does this every time that you load the activation wizard.

Hello,

The information on the drive can be found here ...

I use WinDVD, and I don't seem to have any problems with it. I have tried PowerDVD, and that worked very well as well too, but I decided to stick with WinDVD because it came with my computer, and PowerDVD was a demo.

I believe that they both should perform equally well.
