XP sucks .. say it with me XP SUCKS..Originally posted by jz
No real reason, unless you feel like downgrading.
The difference is with XP you can still play some games that were played back in the 1800's.
Win 2k is really easy to work with and most of the hardware made today works with Win2k.
Windows XP has many hardware issues and if you have Windows XP Sell it to your enemy. You can hack there computer if you want to... even the FBI warned Us not to use WinXP so, when you see a post like above stating that your downgrading.. well its the Truth Windows XP has no real gain in the market place and Windows 2k is still the most Used OS in Business Corporations Today. You dedide if XP is for you and I'll decide to keep the heap off of my Harddrive.
get it up, get it in, get it out, and don't mess up my hair!

Haven't had a single issue with XP, I held onto 98se until XP was released, because 2K didn't cut it for me gaming wise, great on a LAN or laptop, but not on the primary home computer for gaming.
Out in the field I find XP more flexible than 2K also, I don't know what all these hardware issues are peeps have, unless it's with really odd-ball, off-brand legacy hardware.

Well, the nice thing about it is that we have several very good versions of Windows out there to choose from now. Some systems just don't like XP for one reason or another. Same with 2000.
If one works better for your machine than another, then that is the one you should use, no matter what anyone says. If neither of them likes your particular setup, use 98/98se. Again, whichever works best for your system.
It's nice having a choice.
