My service is at&t dsl and I have a problem. Whenever I go on call of duty modern warfare 3 on playstation and I'm trying to connect to a game to play, it oftens disconnects alot, not just from the game, I am talking bout the modem. The modem light will turn red and disconnects me. This doesn't ...

limiting connection speed?

Is there a way I can limit the speed of the people that's also using my connection? Like my max speed is 150 kb, so if 2 other people are using my connection I can do a 3 way split making each person's connection like 50 kb max.

when im shipping something, is it ok for me to type out my address and print it out and stick it on the shipping box? or do they require you some kind of special shipping label or for you to write it out? i want to just type it out and print it and stick it in because my hand writing is not that good!

right now im leaning towards an intel setup because overclocking isn't my cup of tea and i just want to run things stocked and alot of people have convinced me to get intel.

going to be the first time i build a comp, very low budget system $500-650 if possible 700 i guess, only looking to keep updated with games and play them without a problem, don't really do much besides that.
