building new budget amd system

going to be the first time i build a comp, very low budget system $500-650 if possible 700 i guess, only looking to keep updated with games and play them without a problem, don't really do much besides that.
I plan to overclock the cpu i have below, does everything look ok? any recommendations? everything compatible with each other? Did i miss anything? I am a newbie!

right now nothing really big but i play counter strike 1.6, warcraft 3
and i plan to play starcraft 2 in the future

I just downgraded to the 2600xt. For $100ish it is an amazing value. Too bad you missed out the free black box deal.

I would definitely get a better PSU, the one YOS suggested would be a great one...I just ordered myself the 610w modular version from Corsair.

Are you dead set on an AMD setup?

no im not dead set on an AMD setup
right now im leaning towards an intel setup because overclocking isn't my cup of tea and i just want to run things stocked and alot of people have convinced me to get intel.
