help me tweak! I have windows Vista with AT&T DSL Elite package

Upstream Speed: Up to 768 Kbps

hey is it just suppose to be a text file? all i get is a text file even when i click save as

save as then run it when in the command parompt select optimial.

Settings don't work in vista/7/2008
