Show fps in games

Ok i used to have a program that would show you your fps in games and i know in most you can just type something in but not in all and i had a program that would show you your fps in games and i can not remember it to save my life. Could someone let me know what the program is or something like it?

Fraps is good but dont run it with GTA3 with a kyro 2 lol doesnt mix because kyro 2 BLOWS!
