Unless you did the 'confirm deletion' part in your e-mail service it should be in a folder somewhere named 'trash' or for example in Outlook Express 'Deleted Items'. If it's there you can simply restore it. However if you deleted it, and then emptyed your trash can, or with a online service clicked delet and it's not in your trash folder, it's highly unlikely you'll see it again.
