Do I need this software?

Post by nissandave »

I have BSFA with a Toshiba laptop. It originally came with ME and I have just upgraded to XP. Anyway, I am not networked to any other pc and I have a Alcatel Speed Touch Home ethernet connected modem connected to my laptop via a pc card. My question is do I need the Broadjump PPPoE stuff and Connection Manager installed? I had to call BS and have them walk me thru setting up a connection in XP.

If you have cable no , Cable does not use PPPoE . IF you have DSL, yes
