But De Plano, any administration that could even think of, let alone propose, such a bill is corrupt. Just because their first attempt has seemingly failed, doesn't mean the problem has been solved. In many ways it's actually worse, because now the administration knows that the House supports the stripping of civil liberties and will fully utilize this.
