Outlook 2002

Hi,

Been using Outlook for a few months now. Ever since I loaded it, it takes several minutes for it to load. It also locks up the computer for about 30 seconds. I have plenty of mem (512) and a new MOB and CPU (1.46Ghz Athlon XP). I don't understand why I can't multitask while it loads. Our Dell at work has a lower CPU, but its Outlook loads fast. I don't have that much mail in archives or inbox.
