You have more than enough specs to run any game you want except Anarchy Online, i think, which needs 512mb, but i wouldnt know because i play UO..hahaha
looks great, i have a p3 933 384 mb ram geforce 2mx400 64 meg and i can run all games perfect. should be no problem, i am getting GTA3 myself and look forward to playing it also!!
Should run fine. I run it on a Celeron 500 with 384mb Ram and a ATi Radeon 64 DDR and it runs fine, unless theres like a 10 car pile-up :P
Just remeber to take off Frame Sync and Trails in the display options of GTA3.
