Do this:

Put XP disk in, click on exit when it comes up, leave disk in, you may be missing critical system files, type in RUN box sfc /scannow and click OK. (Space between c and /) Takes about 10 minutes :)

Sound like a openGL problem check and see if you openGL is enable on you video card and if in a game use openGL to run game . that should fix it, I think

I know why you got that nickname.. youre high.. and the pagefile has no effect on your mouse. I will get you the proof.
the pagefile is for memory need to run processes.. the larger you can have it the better.. but optimizing your mouse is the best way to go.. and some games really don't like when you put mouse trails on your pointer. But thats as far as it gets with the lagging.
get it up, get it in, get it out, and don't mess up my hair!
