school trying to give me one day of ISS
for blowing up a rubber glove at lunch. they said i was causing a disturbance and controlling the behavior of other students because i had the attention of all 500-600 kids in the lunchroom. i dont see how i was controlling the actions of another human being and i dont see where i caused a disturbance seeing as how i didnt pop it or let it fly across the lunchroom or make it squeal and hurt everybodies ears i just had a glove blown up about two and a half feet long and about three and a half feet around. im contesting it so i dont have ISS yet but i may. my mom is going to meet with the head of the board of educators and then it will be decided but if i get ISS then i cant exempt any of my exams and i dont think that that should be taken away from me for something so silly as blowing up a rubber glove. BTW for those who dont know ISS is in school suspension they take you and sit you in a room to do your work and you have to be quiet and only get two restroom breaks and yadda yadda yadda.

yeah, well that they know of anyway. usually im very sly about things that i do but this time i didnt think id get in trouble but i did.
I haven't been in school for a long time now but isn't lunch supposed to a relaxed atomsphere outside of a classroom environment? It's lunch not a Chemistry Lab, right?
Sounds a little harsh to me if this is indeed the whole truth and nothing but the truth your telling us.

the people in the apartment across from me... throwing a party, drinking, taking that yellow jacket **** and having EXTREMELY(sp?) loud music...then the cops come there and break it up and then when the cops leave, they try to start at it again....now thats a disturbance...
