I've tried two of them. Both worked fine. Ulead's gif animator, and the one that comes with Paint Shop Pro, Animation Shop.

I'm partial to Animation Shop, myself. It's easy to use.

MS made a very good free GIF Animator a while ago.
Simple and basic, but it does a good job.

I use PSP 7 w/ Animation Shop, but if all you need is an Animation app, PSP may be a bit too much.

Do you have a link or idea where you can get it?

I have it somewhere on a floppy. I'll search it out in a bit.

Meanwhile do a google search for it.
