I have a windows 2008 with print server enable i have 2 printer install that i share
1 is there any way to have the server manage print count to each printer i need to know how much page was send to the printer without having to log into the printer
2 whenever i try to add a share printer on server onto local computer worgroup it does not show it it show the print server but when i click on the green + nothing what cause that
can print server manage print count

To a limited degree...if you have R2,
Right click "My Computer", select "Manage" to bring up management MMC. Select Diagnostics -> Event Viewer -> Applications and Service Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Print Service -> Operational ->...right click that Operational and enable log. Let her build for a while and see if that gives you enough of what you want. Else...really done in 3rd party printer management software that comes with higher end business class printers/MFPs.
