I was previously using a TOS of 136 no problem.
I changed router and around that time my TOS suddenly started showing a 8 value.
I have done lots of testing diagnositics etc. and then found out every 32 times the value resets to 0.
So here is what I mean.
0-31 TOS value works properly
32 resets to 0
33 resets to 1
34 resets to 2 and so on
then at TOS 64 it is 0 again
so 128 is 0 and explains why 136 was 8
I then changed my router back again and to my surprise it is still doing the same thing so I am now at a loss, either something else on my pc or I guess possibly but unlikely my isp suddenly is messing with TOS headers.
