NDIS driver....would be NIC related or some other network driver.

At first I figured NvtSP50 was related to an nVidia based NIC..but a quick Google of it shows nothing but a few links to malware software sites... :wth:

Is there some oddball file sharing/p2p/torrent related software on this machine?

Could be a service installed by some malware, where the actual malware/file was consequently deleted...

Or it is a legitimate Network Card Driver missing a file.

I'd reinstall the NIC drivers, and check running services if problem persists.
