First unfreeze your TCP Window by following the suggestion of this thread:

https://www.speedguide.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=238815

When done, post a new TCP Analyzer report.

To do a tracert, click 'Start' and then 'Run'. Type "cmd" into the box and click 'ok'.

A DOS black screen will appear. Type after the C:\>

tracert http://www.yahoo.com

and press enter key

When test is completed, move mouse cursor to the DOS black screen, click right and choose 'select all'.

Move mouse cursor to the Quick Reply box of this forum, click right and 'paste'.

Very high ping times at the modem in hop 1. What kind of modem is it? Wired or wireless?

Any electrical devices near to it? Any coiled up signal or power cables?

Turn off the modem and place it on the floor under your comp table.

Do a new tracert and check ping times at hop 1.
