Just bought it for someone got the whole laptop imaged to an external drive just to make sure I got everything under control "LOL", got the big new HDD and XP installed...etc. Finally installed Drive Backup 9.0 Professional ready to restore the files and folders from its archives and the software kept crashing big time “attached error” I can restore one or two things from an archive it will take me until 2012 to get this data back : ( stuff such as music, pictures…etc I tried installing the software at another PC to restore the stuff same issue finally I used the bootable CD as an alternate idea restoring files and folders is not an option from there “unless I missed something” now this is the only restore option at the point and I’m in a total mess whole day doing this…also called their support “real poor knowledge”
Any idea will be so helpful!!! can I try different software to restore from them archives?
