hello again
i need to use port forwarding in order to increase download speed of my software but after reading some material, i am confused between setting up dmz for my pc or creating a virtual server with a range of ports to forward to. which is better
thanks

Creating a virtual server means you place your comp behind a NAT with your router acting as the server.
DMZ zone means your comp is in a zone outside a NAT and exposed naked to the world wide web - thus it is also called Death by trojans and spams (YoS).

First, set your computer(s) with static LAN IP address: http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm
Then click on the make and model of your router, followed by clicking the name of BitComet:
