I need someone's help with a problem

My laptop is giving me a warning, telling me that I have low virtual memory. What does that mean and how do I fix it? Any help will be great. Thanks.

For more options, type "low virtual memory" in Google. There is a TON of info. It is very hard to pinpoint the problem since there are several reasons you could get that.

Look at your processes and see whats taking up memory...prob spyware or something along those lines.

Probably have alot of items running in your startup that isn't necessary. A quick fix would be to click start, run and type "msconfig" without the ". In there click your startup TAb and if you can post a screenshot of what you have in there. We can take a look and see what isn't necessary for startup.
