I've been reading about how using SSH can bypass port blocking at universities, I even tried it with a few free SSH accounts around the web but it didn't seem to improve anything. Are there any good SSH services (I don't care if it costs a few dollars a month) that would really help me improve my download speeds? If there are could you give me some help on setting them up correctly? Thanks much for any help.
