In FF there's a setting under tools/options/Privacy for saved form information. If you don't want it showing up just uncheck the box.

For Internet Explorer:
Click on Tools -> Internet Options
Under the 'General' tab, click on Delete Cookies, Delete Files, and Clear History. After that, click on the 'Content' tab. Click on 'Autocomplete' and uncheck everything. Also, click on Clear Forms and Clear Passwords. Close and reopen IE. You should be set.
