I dunno man I've been drinking coffee for about 20 years now and I find that it's more of a habit now. It takes more and more coffee to get me going.

One or two cups of tea - but I need to cut back. Caffeine gets to be a problem as your plumbing ages.

2 x coffee of the travelmug variety while on my way to the first job of the day.

Then I have to rely on the 6 cup Thermos for the day's topups.

I used to be at least a whole pot of coffee before I left, and another pot or two throughout the day at work.

But my GI system started having problems, and the docs insisted I cut back on the java, so cut down. Slowly crept back up to around 4 big mugs in the morning before I leave. My mug isn't the usual coffee mug size, it's a big one.

I average 3 cups a day. If I'm working on a few systems or roughing in a network I begin to loose track.

Damn!

Sounds like I need to get into the coffee import business. You guys are nuts!!

About 3 or 4 days per week I stop at the local Starbucks house and grab a SINGLE (couple times per month I need the double) latte with vanilla and soy milk. Makes for a decent breakfast with the soy.

Hhehehe I was going to say that Sam and I drink a lot of coffee but seems he's cut down while we are at work. I love coffee and I love coffee ice cream, thats my favorite. But I do drink a lot, but never more than 3 cups a day, cuz then I get the shakes... Then I have to eat, which I love too, lol.

:o I must be the weird one lol :rotfl: :rotfl:

I can drink almost a full pot of coffee in the morning and go back to sleep. It has the opposite effect.

But, at night, if I drink a mug of coffee, (let's say around 7:00 p.m.) I would be up until 2 or 3:00 in the morning

I still have not figured out why.

2 cups of coffee in the morning when I get up and check my e-mail. :) 1 or 2 more maybe, during the day. It was probably triple that when I was still working.

Geez, I just had a large iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts an hour ago. It may be a long night for me and I have to wake up early to do laundry in the morning.

But, I have to say, it tasted so goooooooood! ;)
