Motorola Cell Phones

Post by BaLa »

Are they any good?..
any one got one...
maybe even the V400.

I'm considering getting the V400 in a month or two to replace my POS Nokia 1261.

I have the Motorola T720, it replaced my Nokia 3360 back in September. I like the Motorola a lot better. Color screen and is a lot lighter and easier to carry around. Battery life is pretty decent. It can go a few days before it needs a charge, but I am not on it constantly, like some people...

I've been using Motorola's for some time since that's the only brand Nextel allows on their network, I own the i90 and i95. Great phones, motorola does a good job. You may pay more but you'll get a good phone.

motorolas are great phones, they just dont have alot of fancies yet...

I often wonder if the voices in my head ever get frustrated because I'm just too damn lazy to climb that clock tower.

My Motorola phones are 2 years old and this month I get free upgrades from Verizon. I will be getting the newer versions of the Motorola. Like them for many reasons. Quality, battery life, etc. etc....only complaint I had was the hands free plug in on our older version. New version has corrected that problem.....my vote is Go with the Motorola.....quality product.

I had a Motorola T720 and HATED it. I just got a Nokia 3200 and love the improved features AND loudness of the speaker, unlike the T720 that I could never hear if there was any background noise.

You are not alone. The quality of said phone is dodgy at best. I just picked up a Samsung phone which I heard from the techs is reliable

Too bad it took me over a year to change phones, heh. I've noticed that most flip-phones have poor audiability.

if you are a verizon customer..then LG makes the best phones IMO for them

the VX 6000 is one of the best cell phones I have ever used no joke

it sounds better then my regular landline phone and never drops a call

I found out through research that holding a signal does not always have to do with the providor like verizon or sprint, but how good the cell phone can hold RF signal some are better then others

Similar problem over here.

My new Samsung 610 has decent sound and a sharp display. I wanted the camera option, but I may miss the voice dialing feature. I have a couple of days to play with it.

Tower coverage sure does make a difference.

yes but what i mean is this:

says you have the LG VX 6000 and the motoral v60 side by side both using verizon

now you start travelling you can do some tests and see how one cell phone will hold the signal better then the other which proves tower is not everything

someone with a crappy cell phone might think verzion stinks because they keep dropping calls when it really might have nothing to do with that and of course vice versa

Only ugly for the next two days. I have several replacement shells ordered, in burlywood, matte black, etc. Beats the cut-outs. The 3200 is an awesome phone. Clear, great reception, great screen, built-in LED flashlight, FM radio, camera.

thats one thing I can say about my antiquated Nokia 1261
it seems to have pretty good reception, but that's hard to compare since it goes along with the service itself..
never really had any probs with mine..

but I still want something better.. :p
