I hosed my redhat server @home in less than 24 hours after install. I think that beats my previous record by more than 1 day!

Well I let it auto partition the hard disks on install. System has 3 IDE drives and a Cd-rom. It installed everything on one hard disk, so I tried to mount the other two drives in my home directory to create more space for the users (want to mainly use it as a samba server). I partitioned them with fdisk from the command prompt, then set the format. It told me to reboot to make the changes effective. I did that then it gave me all kinds of file not found errors LOL. Oooops. I don't understand, it told me the drives were not formatted and empty so I should have been good to go. But tonight I reinstalled and manually set the paritions, have it exactly how I want it. I'm just going to turn the monitor off and leave it alone for a while
It's good when you can laugh at your mistakes.
