I'm running windows xp. I got a linksys router, which is the BEFW11S4. It is the wireless one with built in 4 port switch. I only use the switch, cause all my computers are next to each other. So i know that my packet loss isnt from the wireless connection. Also, When i plugged my cable straight into the modem, my connection is fine, and has a good ping. When i have my connection plugged into my router, my ping jumps up and down all the time, and lags out my online gaming, and slow web browsing. I do not know how to fix this. Please help me im going crazy. THanks
