If I have the energy to clean the kitchen first (big if), I've got mushrooms and tomatoes, and onions/garlic.
Saute them up, served on brown rice with soy sauce and some good hot sauce.

Wife and I grilled a few steaks in the backyard yesterday evening...it's so nice in OKC right now. Not too cool and not 1000 degrees yet! I left them in a little too long, nice and dry. I blame it on her..I'd say why but shouldn't

Last night we marinated some pork loins in a dry rub of fresh fine ground coffee, black pepper, paprika. Then grilled it iron skillet style, basting with a homemade sauce of maple, brown sugar, other various. Cooked rare..still pink in the middle.
Made some irish style smashed potatoes!
String beans sauteed in soy sauce, fresh crushed garlic, and sesame seeds.
